This Privacy Policy explains how Klarixa (“Klarixa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, stores, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit klarixa.ai (the “Site”), request a demo, contact us, or take part in our marketing and text message campaigns.
It does not cover data that our customers process in Klariflow under a customer agreement. That data is handled under the terms of that agreement.
01Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact information: your name, work email address, company, role, and mobile phone number if you choose to provide it.
- Demo request details: the number of GxP systems you manage and the system you would like to see in a demo.
- Messaging data: your mobile number, your text message opt-in and opt-out choices, the date and time of your consent, and the messages we exchange with you.
- Communications: anything you send us by email, by text, or through forms on the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect device and usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, the page that referred you, the time you spend on pages, clicks and scrolling, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Sensitive information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as health, financial account, or government ID details. Please do not send it to us.

- To respond to your requests and arrange and run demos.
- To send you information about Klarixa and Klariflow by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
- For campaign tracking and analytics: to understand how visitors find and use the Site and to measure how our campaigns perform.
- To improve the Site and our content.
- To keep a record of your consent and opt-out choices.
- To protect the Site, prevent fraud and misuse, and keep our systems secure.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
03Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to the program you signed up for, such as demo scheduling, reminders, and updates about Klarixa.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- For help, reply HELP or email contact@klarixa.ai.
- If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP, QUIT. We will send one message to confirm your opt-out, and then no further messages.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
06How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Contact and demo request details: while we are in contact with you about Klarixa, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Text message consent and opt-out records: as long as needed to honor your choice and to show that we have done so.
- Cookie and analytics data: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
We may keep information longer when the law requires it or to resolve disputes.
07How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit, access limited to people who need the information for their work, and service providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: text STOP or QUIT to opt out at any time.
- Cookies: use or your browser settings. See the Cookie Policy.
- Global Privacy Control: where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
09Your US state privacy rights
Depending on the state where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.

How to make a request
Email contact@klarixa.ai with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will confirm receipt and verify your identity by matching information you give us with information we hold. We respond within 45 days, or as the law in your state requires.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for signed permission from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to your appeal within the time your state’s law requires.

11Children
The Site is meant for business users. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12Where information is processed
Klarixa has offices in San Ramon, California, and Bengaluru, India. We and our service providers may store and process your information in the United States, India, and other countries where our providers operate. We protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.
13Links to other sites
The Site may link to sites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If we make material changes, we will give notice on the Site or by email.
